Excellent Stay Near the Airport

The hotel is very close to the train station. It made access to the JR line simple. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I found the bathroom clean and I liked the tiles used.
The hotel shuttle bus had limited hours (primarily for morning departures and afternoon arrivals). I had to arrange my own transportation to the airport for an evening flight.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. This provides convenient access to various parts of the city. Convenience stores are just across the street from the hotel. Several restaurants are in the area.

My room was clean and cool (especially important since it was hot outside!). The room also felt spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The room had a shower booth. The hotel provides non-smoking rooms.

the front desk staff spoke english it was convenient.
the shuttle bus schedule did not work. i need an evening flight. i had to arrange my own transport to the airport and they kept my luggage until i left. the price seemed too high for the location compared to other options.

The staff prepared breakfast boxes for my early flight. This was a very kind gesture. dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. I really enjoyed the options. the block out curtains worked well. I slept soundly.
The hotel is expensive. It is pricey when compared to others nearby. the shuttle bus has limited hours. I needed to arrange my own transport for a later flight.

the decor was beautiful from the foyer to the rooms. the bed were very comfortable.
i found the limited shuttle bus schedule frustrating. they only offer rides to the airport in the morning checking out, and pickups in the afternoon. my flight was in the evening, so i arranged my own transport to the airport because of this inconvenient schedule.
